The Flickr photo I chose was a photo taken by Charlotte Henard, who has been a member of Flickr since 2010. She is a librarian that is a part of 9 groups and has 97 in there contact list under profile. The photo is about a book collecting machine and is for anyone who wants to know want libraries look like with these robots in them. Taken on 17 November 2010 with her latest one she uploaded was 6 of August 2013. The authentication for this site is at the About Flickr heading at the bottom of the page under "who we are" link there is what they do and a list of all the staff who work at Flickr and on that page is a link to ask questions called Flickr/Yahoo! PR that sends an email to them if you want to know. The physical address is at Yahoo! Inc. 701 First Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94089 who owns Flickr.That is why I think this Flickr photo is authoritative
